Product Description
KYD NPI coating machine is developed for R&D teams, process engineers, material manufacturers, and production plants that need a flexible coating platform for new materials, new products, and pre-production trials. The equipment can support roll-to-roll unwinding and rewinding, web guiding, tension control, precision coating, metering, drying, curing connection, cooling, inspection, and data recording according to the customer’s process route.
Each system is designed according to substrate type, coating liquid viscosity, target wet film thickness, coating width, line speed, drying temperature, tension requirement, workshop or cleanroom condition, safety requirements, and destination country standards. KYD provides engineering review, layout planning, mechanical design, electrical control, manufacturing, assembly, debugging, and export support for NPI coating projects.
