The deburring system can be configured with a rigid machine frame, customized fixture, rotary or linear deburring unit, pneumatic or servo motion, dust collection interface, safety protection, PLC control, and HMI operation. According to the customer’s part drawing, burr location, material, thickness, production takt time, and inspection standard, KYD can customize the machine structure, tooling, control logic, and loading method.
